Wanted to understand SAP Standard CATS Mail Processes...
The Scenarios as the below....We are using the transaction CATS_APPR_LITE for approval and rejection processes. If particular line item has been wrong approved and set for "Reset Approval'. After that, the same line item has been rejected with Reason Description (It has been configured). For this case, how mails would be triggered. Wanted to know, whether rejection mail should go to Employee's and Approver's SAP Inbox (SBWP) or only Employee's Inbox.
Would you please clarify?
